Character Changes
Maximum Level Increase
- The maximum level has been increased from 78 to 80. Subclasses can also reach level 80, complete third class transfers, and become Noblesse. Only the main classes may compete in the Olympiad games to become Heroes.

- Unchaotic character: No items are dropped at death.
- When characters die, they will now receive a penalty of reduced combat capability at a certain rate (about the same rate as the previous item drop rate).
- You can also recover your combat capability level through Black Judge NPCs for a fee, including chaotic characters. The Black Judges are in Floran Village, the Wastelands, and Hardin's Academy.

Clans and Alliances
Clan Rights and Delegation

Many different kinds of rights have been added and modified for clan leaders to bestow upon clan members.
Click the “Change Rank” button in the Clan Window menu and bestow the desired rank.

Clan Window
- Many different functions have been added for easier and more systematic clan-related activities and as such, the related interface has also been improved.

Double click on a clan member’s name in the member list to open a menu window displaying the rights given to that member.

- The penalty given upon dismissal or withdrawal from a clan has been shortened from 5 days to 1 day.

Skills and Magic
- Skill enchants are prolonged till level 80;
- New Skills have been added (Tribunal, Judgment, Arrest, Shackle, Mass Shackling, Banish Undead, Angelic Icon, Psycho Symphony, Demonic Blade Dance, Critical Blow, Mortal Strike, Stealth, Sand Bomb, Rapid Fire, Dead Eye, Spirit of Sagittarius, Blessing of Sagittarius, Pain of Sagittarius, Quiver of Holding, Summon Treasure Key, Zealot, Fell Swoop, Polearm Accuracy, Infernal Form, War Frenzy, Hawk Spirit Totem, Betray, Mass Fear, Mass Gloom, Mass Surrender To Fire, Mass Surrender To Water, Mass Surrender To Wind, Arcane Disruption, Summon Cursed Bones, Greater Might, Greater Shield, War Chant, Earth Chant, Holy Resistance, Unholy Resistance, Trance, Magical Backfire, Clarity, Mana Burn, Mana Storm, Turn Undead, Major Heal, Major Group Heal, Erase, Summon Friend);

Teleporting and Gatekeepers
- Teleportation areas between villages have increased and systemized for easier transportation between territories.
- A direct route has been established between the castle towns of each territory.
- The teleport fee from a village to a hunting ground has been increased in proportion to the hunting ground level and distance. As an example, the teleport fee from a starting village to a nearby hunting ground is less expensive than if teleporting from other villages.

Teleportation areas have been reset according to the roles and functions of the Gatekeepers.
Ordinary Gatekeeper:
- Teleports between villages.
- Teleports between a village and hunting ground (does not teleport to the Seven Signs Dungeons or the Seven Signs-related hunting grounds).

Noblesse Teleport:
- Teleports to hunting grounds that ordinary Gatekeepers cannot teleport to.
- Teleports to the center of any hunting ground that ordinary Gatekeepers can also teleport to.

Clan Hall Teleport:
- The hunting grounds in the territory where the clan hall resides.
- Lower fees than through an ordinary Gatekeeper.

Seven Signs Priest Teleport:
Competition Period: Both Dawn and Dusk may be used;
- Teleport to areas that are Seven Signs-related hunting grounds and or dungeons.
- You may not teleport to ordinary hunting grounds.

Validation Period: Only the winning group may use teleportation.
- The winning cabal may use the teleportation service at a lower price than during the competition period.
- Teleport to areas that are Seven Signs-related hunting grounds and or dungeons.
- You may not teleport to ordinary hunting grounds.

Rune and Schuttgart Territories
New hunting zones are added (no quests so far):
- The Pagan Temple;
- The Stakato Nest;
- The Monastery of Silence;
- The Frozen Labyrinth;
- The Den of Evil;
- The Plunderous Plains;
- The Ice Queen’s Castle;
- The Crypts of Disgrace;
- The Pavel Ruins;

Monsters
Monsters with unique battle characteristics have been added in accordance with player level increases and other improvements to the game:
- Attack range for archer mobs is increased;
- MEN stat is increased, which means better resistance to some skills;
- Minor changes in combat stats (PDef, MDef, attack speed);
- HP regen for some x2 and bigger mobs is decreased;
- Some monsters became x2++ now;
- Races for some monsters are changed (animal <-> beast, humaniod <> animal, fairy <-> elemental, so on);
- From now on, more mobs can use soulshots and spirit shots on rare occasions. Exp, drop, spoil, etc. rewards for such mobs are increased;
- Some Ketra/Varka mobs are x1 now. This hunting zone might be considered for solo players as well: their HP is reduced, exp/sp and drop are rebalanced (sometimes remain the same, sometimes increases, sometimes decreases). Solo hunting is allowed around the entrance and the party type monsters are posted inside;
- Level of some 80+ mobs is decreased (Ketra/Varka, Stakato, etc);

The monsters can have the following new abilities when fighting within any of the hunting grounds:
- May use a Healing Potion in the middle of a battle.
- May use counter-skills to attack when being attacked with certain skills.
- May summon a distant attacking player to them.
- May pick up dropped items on the ground at certain time intervals.

Monsters that present many different abilities based on various battle situations have also been added.
- E.g. cast Ultimate Defence against archer players;

- Item drop for low-to-mid lvl mobs is increased by 10%-20%;
- Some spoil chances are incresed up to +30%;
- However, 70+ lvls might have drop chances rebalanced, and even reduced a bit (mostly for resources group);
- Adena drop is re-balansed, some mobs have better item drop, bug reduced adena drop;
- Recipes for some A Grade items are now dropping from monsters;

Raid Boss Monsters
The abilities of a raid boss monster has increased overall, and the rewards have also increased:
- PAttack, Attack Speed, is mostly incresed;
- PDef is 2-3 times lower, then earlier;
- HP and MP were incresed significantly;
- HP and MP regen were reduced significantly;
- Drop chances are increased by 10%-30% (for x1 rates);
- Mid-Hi level Raid Bosses can drop Life Crystals;

New Raid monsters have been added to the added territories in Chronicle 5.

Life Crystals
- Rewards from the raid monsters have been diversified, and a new process of item assembly has been added.
- You may also gamble by trading a Life Crystal for other items with an Adventure Guild NPC.

Items
- Items which drop from monsters will disappear after 10 minutes if they are not picked up. Items dropped by players are not subject to the same limitations.
- The instant potions can be obtained from stores and through common crafting (elexirs).
- Soul Crystals Stage 7 through Stage 10 are now sold at the Luxury Shop in the Town of Giran.

Instant effect items
- Herbs are added;
- A herb buff will affect both master and servitor, but the buff duration will be 60 seconds, half of the normal duration;
- Recovery herbs will affect both master and servitor;
- If herb is dropped by a monster and not picked up within 15 seconds, they will disappear.

Armor Set Bonuses are added

- Additional effects will be bestowed when complete armor sets are enchanted to +6 and above;
- Each individual item in the set will need to be enchanted to +6 or above in order to benefit from the new effects;
- These effects differ depending on each individual armor type or grade;

Weapons
- New weapons, D Grade through A Grade have been added (Titan Sword, Pa’agrian Sword, Guardian Sword, Infernal Master, Priest’s Sword, Sword of Magic Fog, Mysterious Sword, Ecliptic Sword, Wizard’s Tear, Titan Hammer, Dwarven Hammer, Karik Horn, , Star Buster , "Ice Storm Hammer, Destroyer Hammer, Doom Crusher, Priest’s Mace, Ecliptic Axe, Spell Breaker, Kaim Vanul’s Bones, Spiritual Eye and Flaming Dragon Skull);
- New SA for weapons are available as well;

Hair Accessories
- Twelve new hair accessories have been added;

Recipes
- Recipes for the new Chronicle 5 weapons have been added.
- Recipes for the A Grade items below are now dropping from monsters.

Fishing
Night Fishing
- Night fishing can be done from 12:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m. (game time). Game time can be viewed by typing /time.
- Luminous Bait is necessary for night fishing and may be purchased through a Fishermen Guild Member. Luminous Bait can only be used at night.

Interface
Item Purchase and Exchange
- Item purchase and trade functions have been improved.
- The other player's character name and clan name are now displayed in the exchange and trade window and the private store sell/buy window.
- When confirming an exchange, the trade window is deactivated to clearly display when the exchange is ready.
- The color of the letters and the amount of the “Manufacturing Cost” is displayed differently in the Dwarf Manufacture window to clearly show the trading amount.
- When placing an item in the trading window while trading and exchanging an item, the weight gauge now displays the weight of the item in the lower right-hand corner of the window.

Compass
- The compass function has been improved. The current position of your character is now displayed in color.
- Compass colors, by area, are as follows:
Gray: General fields, forbidden areas (Seven Signs area, Four Sepulchers)
Blue: Peaceful Zone
Red: Altered Zone (A harmful buff or normal buff is applied in this area.)
Orange: Siege War Zone
Green: PvP Arena

Shortcut Window
- The Shortcut window lock function has been added. When the shortcut window is locked, shortcuts cannot be added, moved, or deleted.
- This setting may be changed by clicking on the lock icon located at the bottom of the shortcut window.
- Two extra shortcut panels are available now;

Other Changes
- A quantity of items may now be moved all at once by holding down the Alt key and dragging them at the same time.
- The current Announcement is now displayed in the system message window.
- A “Find Private Store” button has been added to the Action Window.
- Pet type is now displayed in the Target Window under detailed information.
- The problem with enchanted items not being displayed properly in the pet’s inventory has been resolved.
- The game pad shortcut window has been improved.
- The item tool tip regarding items and how to use their effects has been enhanced.
- The Cloak slot has been removed from inventory; instead there are now two head accessory slots.
- The resurrection window will no longer disappear when a dead character presses the Enter key while the resurrection confirmation window is open.

Castles and Clan Halls
- Rune Castle and Schuttgart Castle are added;
- The siege boss monster, Benom, has been added to Rune Castle’s underground prison.
- Due to the addition of the Rune and Schuttgart Castles, up to five sieges may now be waged at once.
- Seven auction-based clan halls have been added to the Rune Township;
- Four auction-based clan halls have been added to the Town of Schuttgart;
- Teleports and item manufacturing in Clan Halls were changed;

Manor
- With the addition of Rune Castle and Schuttgart Castle, a Manor System will apply to the Rune, Orc, and Dwarf areas.

Other Changes
- The game updater has a new look.
- Snow or rain may appear in the Rune or Schuttgart territories. Weather Effects can be turned off in the Video Options.
- When entering the game’s “no fly zone” while on a Wyvern, such as the Lair of Valakas, a warning message will be displayed. After a period of time, your character will die if you remain in this area while flying.
- In the Game Option menu, GPU Animation and Overall Sound Mute functions have been added.
- Various text corrections have been made.
 
- Black Marketeer of Mammon now sells Divine Inspiration spellbook;
- Raid monsters that can absorb souls with stage 11 and 12 Soul Crystals have been added. Added monsters are as follows: Beast Lord Behemoth, Roaring Skylancer, Meanas Anor, Eilhalder von Hellmann, Crokian Padisha Sobekk, and Antharas Priest Cloe.
- All freight can be picked up through any Warehouse Freightman in the area.
- "Summon Friend" skill now works for ToI (except from Baium's room);
- The SP required to learn skills have been adjusted according to class;
 
- The weight of the following items have been significantly reduced.
Spirit Ore: From 10 to 5
CP Potion: From 110 to 25
Greater CP Potion: From 500 to 100

- The re-use time for CP Potion and Greater CP Potion has been significantly reduced.
- If a player is disconnected or restarts while in battle with Antharas, Zaken, Baium, Anakim, Lilith or Valakas (in future - Frintezza) for more, then 10 minutes, their character will be transported to the nearest town. However, if the player disconnection is caused by a server crash, the player will not be returned to town upon login if they reconnect within 30 minutes (no changes here);
- Maestro Leorin now can exchange new B-A weapons for sub-class quest;
- New quest "Through the Gate Once More" is added;
- New quest "The Truth Beyond the Gate" is added;
 
- The duration of the servitors who are acquired after the second class transfer (Warlock, Elemental Summoner, Phantom Summoner) has been increased threefold. The maintenance cost and the number of times it is consumed have also proportionately been increased. The 12 servitors affected are as follows.
- Kat the Cat, Mew the Cat, Kai the Cat, Cat Queen
- Unicorn Boxer, Unicorn Mirage, Unicorn Merrow, Unicorn Seraphim
- Shadow, Silhouette, Soulless, Nightshade
 
- If a player is disconnected or restarts near to Queen Ant, Core for more, then 10 minutes, their character will be transported to the nearest town. However, if the player disconnection is caused by a server crash, the player will not be returned to town upon login if they reconnect within 30 minutes (no changes here);
- Skill: Summon Friend can no longer be used in the zone near epic bosses such as: Queen Ant, Core, Antharas, Zaken, Baium, Anakim, Lilith or Valakas (in the future - Frintezza)
 
- The skills below will disregard the target’s shield defense rate:
Spinning Slasher, Thunder Storm, Punch of Doom, Hammer Crush, Triple Sonic Slash, Burning Fist, Soul Breaker, Hurricane Assault, Crush of Doom, Shock Blast, and Earthquake;
- When there are multiple 1st place winners from each class, the character that has won the most games becomes a Hero. When the number of games won is the same, then the character who has the highest winning percentage becomes a Hero. When Olympiad points, number of wins, and winning percentage are all the same, then there will be no Hero in each class;
- The transferable point for the non-class specific matches has been changed from 1/3 to 1/5;
- The Olympiad point maximum compensation limit has been adjusted from 2,000 to 1,000 points (end of March season);
- The bonus points the Hero received has been significantly increased from 100 to 300 (end of March season);
- The minimum number of times the character has participated in the Olympiad required to be selected as Hero has been changed from over 5 times to over 9 times (end of March season);
- Scroll of Enchant Weapon/Armor D/C Grade have been removed from the list of items sold by the Olympiad Manager;
- The prices of the items sold by the Olympiad Manager have increased;
- "Divine Inspiration (Original Version)" book now can be purchased from the Olympiad Manager;
- The number of quests that can be simultaneously taken has been significantly increased to 25 from 15;
- The Lucky skill has been changed to have the effect of preventing the penalty of reduced combat capability on death. The Lucky skill now applies to characters up to level 9;
- The Fortune of Noblesse skill has been changed to have the effect of preventing reduced combat capability if killed by a Boss or a Raid Monster;
- Charms of Luck have been changed to have the effect of preventing the penalty to combat capability;
 
- New quest "In Search of the Nest" is added;
- New quest "The Zero Hour" is added;
- New quest "Seekers of the Holy Grail" is added;
- New quest "Guardians of the Holy Grail" is added;
- “De-buffs” now occupy separate abnormal slots, and do not rival with buff slots;

- Blacksmith Hilda of the Town of Goddard may now give out this quest.
- Players may now select and receive S-grade weapon recipes from the wandering NPC, Rooney the Blacksmith of Wind, in the Forge of the Gods;
- The existing NPC, Vulcan, now awards an S-grade weapon recipe;
- Quest "Kail's Magic Coin" has been aligned with C5:
A-Grade weapon recipes have been added to the rewards list. The newly-added weapons to Chronicle 5 are as follows:
Recipe: Flaming Dragon Skull (60%)
Recipe: Doom Crusher (60%)
Recipe: Infernal Master (60%)
Recipe: Spritual Eye (60%)
Recipe: Destroyer Hammer (60%)
 
- The monsters below will no longer be affected by skills such as Dance of Shadow, Stealth, and Silent Move, and effects such as Lethal Strike and effects that forcefully change the targets:
Monsters related to a siege, clan hall, and quest, raid monsters (followers included), and boss monsters (followers included).
Monsters in the Festival of Darkness and Four Sepulchers, treasure chests, and Frintezza’s passageway war, as well as some Dimensional Rift series monsters, and fishing monsters.
- "Quiver of Arrow" skills now summon more arrows, according to C5;
- "Corpse Burst" skill now aligned to C5: power is doubled;
- New quest "Last Imperial Prince" is added;
- New quest "Journey to a Settlement" is added;
 
- From now player can to take "Dimension Diamonds" when start 2th job quest change;
- Ears and harpins hair accessories now occupy right slot (Hair2), so can be equipped with other ones, like masks or tiars;
- The Schuttgart Territory has been added as a part of the first class transfer quest for Orcs and Dwarves;
 
- If you collect enough “Fish Scale” of the same type, you may bring them to a Fishermen Guild Member for additional rewards;
- From now on, herbs always restore poped out buffs. Note: retail mechanich does not restore buffs from herbs after relog;
- No-relog zones (with few minutes tolerance) are added to the Ice Castle and Lilith/Anakim dungeons;
- No-summon zones are added to the Ice Castle and Lilith/Anakim dungeons;
- Olympiad: changes were made to display first, the overall stats, second, the wins, third, the losses, and fourth, the points, when Noblesse characters use the "/olympiadstat" command. (The overall stats have been added.)
- Karma increasing and cleaning formulas are aligned with C5;
- More anti-shop areas are added for main towns - trade zones are disabled for some main passages, shops and near NPCs;

- Frintezza, the son of Baium of Elmoreden, has been added as a new Epic Boss monster;
 
- EXP and SP rewards for some monsters from "Four Sepulchers" are rated to x3 (few of them were x1);
- Hero Skills are added;
- When there are multiple 1st place winners from each class, the character that has won the most games becomes a Hero;
- When the number of games won is the same, then the character who has the highest winning percentage becomes a Hero;
- When Olympiad points, number of wins, and winning percentage are all the same, then there will be no Hero in each class.
- The minimum number of times the character has participated in the Olympiad required to be selected as Hero has been changed from over 5 times to over 9 times;
- A buff is provided in classified games as well;
- A Noblesse Gate Pass is rewarded to the winner in classified game as well;
- A Noblesse Gate Pass amount given to winners of the non-class specific matches has been reduced;
- The transferable point for the non-class specific matches has been changed from 1/3 to 1/5. No changes to the matches between classes;
- The Olympiad point maximum compensation limit has been adjusted from 2,000 to 1,000 points;
- The bonus points the Hero received has been significantly increased from 100 to 300;
 
- Re-use time for Hero skills is reduced;
- Re-use time for Hero skills is aligned with latest C5 patches, and is not affected by the caster's Casting Speed any more;
- C5 combat stat limitations: max. Attack Speed is limited to 1500, max. Casting Speed is limited to 2000;
 
- "Bandit Stronghold" contest rules are aligned with C5:
When a player dies during a clan hall war, he/she is resurrected at the restart point and must return to the battlefield through a gatekeeper who is in that area;
- "Wild Beast Reserve" contest clan hall is added. First siege will start 27 of April, at 20:00;
- New quest "A Grand Plan for Taming Wild Beasts" is added;
- Three tamable monsters, located within the Beast Farm clan hall, have been added: Tiny Baby Cougar, Tiny Baby Buffalo, Tiny Baby Kookaburra. Inside of a clan hall, monsters may be tamed with Golden Spice.
- Lottery reward prices are slighly reduced;
- All permutations for new C5 weapon exchange are added to the Blacksmith of Mammon. Previously, some weapon exchanges were not possible directly, and player had to perform some intermediate exchanges. Special tnx for Tiax for help;
- The Olympiad Stadium has been reduced in size;
- Crystal count for new C5 weapons is slightly increased (knowledge DB is updated as well here);
- Aden's headquater territory is upaded to C5:

- "Fortress of the Dead" contest clan hall is added. First siege will start 26 of April, at 20:00;

- Changes were made so that the Alpen Kookaburra (#1, #2), Buffalo (#1, #2) and Cougar (#1, #2) in the Beast Farm can now be raised to "Item Type Reward" rather than the existing "Adena Type Reward” using Crystal Spice.
 
- When moved to an Olympiad Stadium with the automatic use of Soulshots/Spiritshots or Beast Soulshots/Spiritshots enabled, the automatic use is cancelled;
- New quest "The Clan's Prestige" is added;
- New quest "The Clan's Reputation" is added;
- Rare bug, when elixirs can not be used with some mobs in target - is fixed now;

Reputation Points
- When a clan reaches level 5 or more, the clan may accumulate clan reputation points which are earned through various clan activities.

The reputation score increases in the following cases:
- Your clan takes over a castle in a siege (an indecisive victory in a siege war does not increase the reputation score);
- Your clan holds or defends a castle in a siege (only the clan that owns the defended castle/clan hall earns points);
- Your clan acquires a siege-enabled clan hall (the reputation score increases more when taking over a clan hall owned by another clan);
- A clan member takes first place in the Festival of Darkness (the reputation points are distributed in proportion to the number of clan members among the highest-ranking party members);
- Each time a clan member becomes a Hero;
- A clan quest is completed;
- By killing an enemy in a clan war (under the condition of mutual war declaration) or siege (except for academy students); however, when the other side’s reputation score is 0 or below, your clan cannot acquire any reputation points from them;

The reputation score decreases in the following cases:
- A clan-owned castle or siege-enabled hall is taken over (when a clan’s reputation score is in the negative, the score may still be decreased);
- By dying in a clan war (under the condition of mutual war declaration) or siege (except for academy students);
 
- Olympiad Schedule is changed:
- The preparation time has been increased from 50 seconds to 60 seconds;
- The duration of the battle has been increased from 180 seconds to 360 seconds;
- The time spent in the arena after the fight has been lowered from 20 seconds to 10;
- Lottery shop assortment is slightly changed, cloaks (previously accessible by Vote Reward Coins) are added;
- New ranks will now be created based on a character’s social status and clan activities.
Ranks will be applied according to a character’s clan status, clan level, and position in the clan.
Players can see their own rank in the character status window.
Players can see the target’s rank in the Target window when another player is selected.
Heroes and Noblesse characters may attain special ranks regardless of clan status.
- New Raid Bosses are added: Plague Golem and Flamestone Giant;
- Clan ranking system is added - now you can check clan rank in Clan Info window. Rank depends on clan level and current reputation points;
- The maximum clan level has been increased from level 5 to level 8;
- When Heroes participate in a raid against Antharas, Valakas and Baium, the boss monster has a chance to shout out the Hero characters’ names.
