High level EE Royz was recharging low level twink mage in combat with RB.
EE was reloging after every 2-3 recharges to prevent RB curse.
I have cool video footage captured but can't upload here.
It sounds like a crap when someone uses bugs and does not let actual level people to hunt RBs
