[Server][C2] Patch notes

Changes for C2 pets:
* Wolf, Hatchling, Stryder's EXP requirement have been reduced
* Your current pets will automatically reflect new adjusted amount of EXP/Level.
* Pet Total Hunger gauge has increased 2x.
- The duration of pet stays the same
- However due to change, players need to feed pets less often (returns only half of pet gauge as before)

Now all Pet Managers sell new C2 Pet items

New C2 territories:
Alligator Island, Heine Whiete Beach, Field Of Whispers are completed.

- Magic over-hits for skills: Solar Spark, Solar Flare, Shadow Spark, Shadow Flare.

- C2 system messages for HP/MP, so player can see how much MP/HP are restored now by heal/recharge skills.

- Bard’s Mandolin (Bard Swan of Dion Castle Town)
- Sorrowful Sound of Flute (Nanarin of Dion Castle Town)
- Jovial Accordion (Musician Barbado of Dion Castle Town)

Proof of blood drop rate is changed to x1 to avoid LoA littering.

This was a bug in how Absolute Crit Damage Bonus (Vicious State skill) is calculated for dagger skills. This is visible only for hi-level daggers (52+).

Please, check video.

Mortal blow (you get this skill max on 36 lvl) does 2.6k damage for 60 lvl Raid Boss.

Deadly blow does 2.7k damage for 60 lvl Raid Boss.

It means, that this RB needs only 30 dagger skills to be dead.
This boss has 2951 PDef, it's simply IGNORED by this bug. Tanks in UD have similar PDef. Daggers can kill them from 1 Mortal Blow (36 lvl skill)
 
Partisan Clan Hall is added.

First Partisan Clan Hall siege starts that Saturday, 27.06, at 21:00 server time (21:00 CEST). No limits for participation in siege, but only clans with lvl 4 or 5 could get it.

- Manufacture dwarven shop is available now.

- All shops now aligned to C2: items are sorted/organized more logically, new C2 items were added (Bless of Eva) and so on.
- Phantom summoner's new skill: Soul-less are summoned by borrowing the power of Evil, therefore it uses Summoner's MP. AoE Poison, AoE Fire spells.

- Elemental summoner's new skill: Unicorn Merrow servitor is added (AoE spell).
- Warlock's new skill: Kai the cat servitor is added (Damage Shield spell).
- Bunch of internal (GM) improvements.

PS:
New book drop is not added yet, because new C2 mobs are needed. You can exchange "death spike" book for new summon books.

- Bug, when stackable item (e.g. vote coin or cursed bone) count on offline private buy store was less, then before server restart, is fixed
- Private workshops now will be restored after server restart
- Blacksmith NPCs now can create some basic materials
- Vote reward service is fixed - now, when shitty L2Votes drop connection, our service will be restarted in 30 seconds
- Cruma Tower is reworked and now has C2 mobs. Old C1 Cruma mobs were also changed. New C2 mobs

Hello players,

- In order to improve our bot-protection, we will be implementing an automated bot verification procedure to the Elmore Lab client;
- Some recipes text was fixed (recipes with empty description and name);

Your game client will have to be updated by Friday - 17/07/2020, after server restart and introducing of 1+1 limit.

You have to run updater after this restart, otherwise you won't be able to login.
 
- New SA: Might Mortal;
Epic Bosses C2 re-balance:
- Minions of Core have been reduced to 1/3 of original number;

- Orfen's Lair had its number of minions slightly reduced (4 instead of 6);
- Number of Nursing Ants have decreased from 8 to 3;
- 4 more Queen Guardian Ants have been added;

- Time respawn for all minions was reworked according to C2;

- Bug, when logged in player with HP/MP boosts (buff or SA) had not full HP/MP, is fixed;

- Original NCSoft bug, when party mobs were spawned less and less, is fixed. Now party mobs should always have good respawn

- Repent Your Sins C2 Quest is added. Now you can reduce your PK count!
- Big progress for Castles, taxes and Castle Throne! Now you can sit on it (hope, someone will get finally that castle to put his ass on the Throne)
