C5 and rate change \ С5 и смена рейтов.

В связи с грядущими зимой обновлениями сервера х3 Bartz до хроник С5, в которых появляются новые зоны охоты, хербы и множество вещей, облегчающих добычу адены, а так же желанием привести сервер х3 к золотому стандарту, нами принято решение о медленном снижении рейтов дропа адены, награды за квест, дропа итемов и рейта спойла до х3 (сейчас они х4), таким образом, что бы все характеристики были х3.
Так же этими изменениями мы добьемся выравнивания экономической составляющей, в условиях новых хроник, оздоровим экономику и стабилизируем жизненный цикл сервера.

Рейты будут меняться постепенно в течении 4х месяцев и к январю остановятся на отметке х3, перед релизом С5.

Rates will change gradually over 4 months and will stop at x3 by January, before the release of C5.
