[C4] Can't login if you modify localization.ini

If you modify the localization.ini's Language=1 into any other number, the login will not respond.
Game doesn't even give you the wrong pass/account error message.

This mod was always allowed on the previous chronicles and I was told by support that this type of modification was allowed.
Greatly appreciated if this can be fixed.
