I intend this message specifically to the south american latin community

This is shameful and embarrassing, and it’s being made public because it has harmed ElmoreLab continuously.

Because of credit card scams, paypal scams and others, we are refusing all donations from South America.

The only country that we havent had problems with Donations is Brazil. Because of that we are still accepting donations from this country.

Today this user scammed us again for his Class Change payment. He got bored of the server and just decided to claim his money back. This was the last straw.

I’m not saying an entire nation is dishonest, but the few that could manage to make transactions with us, scammed us.
