Register trouble

When I'm trying to register on my PC I can't do this, because I don't see any captcha, I fill the from and see Please, accept captcha< but there're nothing.
And when I'm trying to do this on my phone I see captcha, but get such error No such host is known. (www.google.com:443)
What I want to do to register?
I haven't any problems to do register on forum, but can'r do this to play
