[Server][C3] Patch notes

- Original bug with missed NPC (and all other creatures, including offline shops) is fixed;
- NPC server is more stable now, and should crash less;
- The prices for pet weapons/armor have been slightly adjusted. Also, player now can upgrade pet items by gemstones;

- A reuse delay of 0.5 seconds has been added to antidotes and bandages so they cannot be used in succession;
- The reuse delay of health recovery type of items is now 10 seconds;
- The reuse delay of cp recovery potions is now 1 second;

- When crafting dual-swords, instead of requiring adena as a fee, crystals will be needed instead;

- Chaotic player now gets red nick immediately, right after committing PK;

- Old quests ("Curse of the Fortress", "Catch the Wind" and "Brigands Sweep") are aligned with C3 (exp reward is removed, adena reward is increased);
- Fixed skill animations for: Harit Lizardnam Warrior, Stone Guardian, Discard Guardian;
- "Elven Ruin" haunting zone is aligned with C3 (dungeon-type monsters were replaced by general monsters);
- "Risk focus" effects for blunts are aligned with C3 (slightly increased);
- Weird obstacle in wreck's hole, led to Zaken, is removed. Now it's more easier to enter to the ship hole;

- Private manufacture management is fixed;
- Chaotic status now is updated right after cleaning (death or exp gain);

A lot of summon/pet changes according to C3:
- If pet food is in the pet's inventory and its hunger gauge falls below 55%, it will automatically consume food to increase its hunger gauge;
- Blue/Red aura around pets is fixed;
- Sin Eater's collar item (Manacles of Redemption) is now deleted, if player cancels quest;
- Summon Sleep mode - When a Summon is not in attack mode, it only uses up 1/4 of Summon gauge. A player can have a Summon up to 80 minutes if not attacking, otherwise same gauge rules apply;
- When summoning, the total amount of crystals required for summoning will not be used upfront. Only some portion is consumed at this time; as time passes, more of the crystals will be used, so that the total number of crystals will be used by the end of a complete summoning;
- Pet Recalls have been changed to physical skills. Therefore you cannot Cancel or Silence these spells. Also your attack speed will be used to calculate casting time;

- Ant Queen's, Orfen's and Core's minions don't cast paralyze on hi-level characters, if they do not attack boss or minions (observation mode);

- Wolves, Hatchlings, and other pets can no longer carry arrows, soulshots, or spiritshots in their inventories;
- System messages about successful raids (raid drop and congratulations) are added;

- Auto-ss breakage after return/party return skills is fixed;
- Certain monsters can be transformed into other monsters in Combat (cave larvas, some mahums);

- Additional system messages are added for Dwarven Workshops;
- Now monsters loose their hate to death player. That's it, when player dies, and then is resurrected, non-aggro mobs won't attack him;
- Old quests ("Vanquish Remnants", "Hunt of the Black Lion" and "Mass of Darkness") are aligned with C3 (rewards are a bit improved, dialogs are changed);
- SA insertion for C and B grade doesn't need adena any more, only weapon, SA crystal and gemstones;
- The additional effects from overlapping of various buffs and passive skills that raise the critical rate have been lowered slightly (e.g. PW 75 lvl with Dagger, and focus lvl3: crit rate decreased from 262 to 244);
- "Weapon mastery" skill now gives +8.5% PAttack bonus;

- Shax The Death Lord drop is alighed with C3: "Orcish Halbard" is replaced with top-A "Halbard";
- Baium's drop is aligned with C3: "Orcish Halbard" is replaced with top-A "Damascus*Damascus";

- The Chant of Life and Heart of Paagrio skills are now effective even if the abnormal state windows are over 20. However, only one of the skills is valid and both skills cannot be effective at the same time;

- Friends List support is added. Now you can see online/offline friends by pressing alt+Y. Friend chat is added as well;

- Now it's impossible to cross closed doors, which lead to RB or Zaken. Original exploits, which allows cross doors on striders, are fixed as well;
- The Toggle skill was adjusted to consume MP when it is operated;
- Energy-charging skills cannot be cast if the amount of energy charged is already at its maximum;
- If monsters are attacked by multiple players, and among them are characters of much lower level, these monsters will attack the lower level characters with a certain success rate;
- Certain monsters tend to like one-on-one fighting against a player. If there are any characters within a two level difference, these monsters begin to attack them and call out their names. During a one-on-one fight with a monster, if other characters attack, that monster will request help from other monsters;
- During combat, a group of monsters sometimes target a specific character and use a concentrated attack;
- Monsters who appear to be alone will sometimes summon their subordinates, once combat begins;
- B-grade gemstones for A-grade recipes are aligned with C3;
- The game was changed so that spiritshot can also have an effect on heal;
- A failure probability was included in Fake Death skill. There is a certain chance of failure when using the skill;
- 60+ Quests were revised and aligned with C3 (dialogs are fixed, rewards are changed, drop is increased for most of them):

- C2 skill "Word Of Fear" is added (Propets);
- The success rates of Mortal Blow and Deadly Blow skills were adjusted so as not to be affected by the skills that increase critical rates;
- Weird rare bug, when player couldn't buy first item in shop list, is fixed;
