From Grecia but seems to work on Interlude without issues.
For blind people like me that can't see Frenzy cooldown.

Shows the cooldown of skills as a percentage.
Показывает откат скилов в процентах.

put in systextures folder with file replacement
поместите в папку systextures с заменой файлов
